Do you want to return any Guca products?
No problem!
To process a return for any of your purchases, you must meet the following requirements:
- The product must not have been used.
- No more than 14 calendar days have passed since receipt of the product.
- The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
Once the above requirements are met:
- You should send your order back to our facilities, always including a copy of the order inside the box (this helps avoid confusion).
- Once we receive your package and confirm its condition is acceptable, we will process a refund using the same method as the original payment.
